Having completed legal studies in both France and Canada (Quebec), Mtre Quentin Leclercq joined the law firm of Lecours, Hébert Lawyers in August 2011. He was admitted to the Quebec Bar since 2012 and he is a member of the Paris Bar Association since 2015.
Attaining a master’s degree in business law in France in 2005, Mtre Leclercq began his career in an intellectual property law firm in Paris. He then worked as an in-house legal counsel within the fashion industry from 2005 to 2008. He used his work experience to detail the workings of the fashion industry in his book entitled “Le secteur de la mode: L’envers du décor” (“The Fashion Industry: Behind the scenes”).
In 2008, Mtre Quentin Leclercq moved to Quebec and pursued his law studies to be eligible to practice law in Canada. He thus obtained a civil law degree form the University of Montreal in 2010 and successfully completed the Quebec bar exams in 2011.
Mtre Leclercq is dynamic and motivated. The work he undertakes reflects his determination and intellectual discipline. He practices in several fields, with a keen emphasis on corporate law, intellectual property, contracts, labour law as well as commercial and civil litigation.
