Ms. Tania Wihl, Articling Student - Barreau du Québec

Ms. Tania Wihl is presently an articling student in accordance with the Quebec Bar requirements. She will be called to the Quebec Bar in 2011. She completed her civil law degree at Université de Montréal. In 2011, Tania also obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Common Law (J.D.) from Université de Montréal. 

As an articling student, Tania practices in a variety of legal fields, most notably, international commercial law, corporate law, civil and commercial litigation as well as intellectual property. She regularly contributes to different proceedings by incorporating companies, negotiating, drafting shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other types of business contracts, as well as by representing clients before the Courts.

Tania is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Lord Reading Law Society.
