Mrs. Hélène Billery, Student-at-law in Montreal

Student at the Paris School Bar since January 2007, Hélène BILLERY graduated in Law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Specialized in Comparative Law, she did some foreign stays during her study in Spain, Greece, Italy and recently in the US. These stays helped her to better apprehend the differences between legal systems around the world.

Third-year Ph.D. student, she has been teaching Administrative Law and Introduction to the French Legal system at La Sorbonne University (Paris 1 and Paris 4) for the last 3 years.

She worked, from 2004 to 2007, as a legal assistant in an international Law Firm in Paris specialized in Business Law. Therefore, her professional experiences have given her competences in Business Law, Corporation, Commercial Law, Business contracts, Franchising, Bankruptcy, Social Law, International Law and European Law.

Dynamic and positive, her open-mindedness gives her capacities to adapt to different legal and professional areas with attention to the demands of her clients.
