In fall of 2008, the Lawyer Diane Protat has taken her oath as a Lawyer in the Bar of Paris.
Having much interest in taking advantage of the practical and theoretical knowledge that she has acquired thanks to her practice teacher, the Lawyer Alain P. Lecours, the Lawyer Diane Protat prepares a thesis for the Assas University of Paris 2. Her schoolwork and investigative projects are focused on a comparison between the French and the North American penal procedures. Furthermore, the Lawyer Diane Protat is currently attending the Practice Conference of the Court of Cassation.
In fall of 2008, the Lawyer Diane Protat has begun to practice law in Paris. Her jurisprudence fields are extended to International Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Criminal Law and Lawsuit. Her aspirations are to open her own international Law Firm.
